How to import your bank CSV

Most banks do not offer CSV export in the mobile app. Use a computer browser (or desktop site).

Navy Federal

On a computer, sign in at navyfederal.org (not the phone app).
Open the account → Account History (not monthly PDF statements).
Set a date range of at least 3–6 months.
Download / Export as CSV.
Back in PayShield, tap Import CSV and choose that file.

Most other banks

Sign in on a desktop browser.
Look for Activity, Transactions, or History.
Find Download, Export, or Spreadsheet.
Choose CSV (not PDF, not QFX if you can avoid it).
Import that file here. Longer history = better detection.

Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, USAA, and most credit unions hide export under desktop Account Activity. If you only have PDFs, those will not import.

Unlock Pro after paying

After you pay you’ll get a unique key by email. Settings → paste key → Unlock. Repeat on each device.
